GIANNA GRANTHAM
I am Gianna Grantham. I have worked with Bradford Pelton, P.C. for fourteen years. I have a great deal of experience working with and being a support lead on any and all emotional issues that go on in your life as the result of any type of personal injury.
I am well versed in being proactive and coming up with solutions and being a support system to individuals and families that unfortunately are affected by a personal injury, whether it be a work comp injury to an individual, a slip and fall, dog bite, or a motor vehicle accident that happens to you or a loved one.
What I have come to realize over the years is that when an injury occurs to an individual, or a loved one, this injury affects the person, both personally and the entire family. Personal injury is not just personal injury, but more of a global injury.
My biggest job duty is to be the support system to the family.
All members of the family know that they can call me and I will offer a proactive approach to the entire family.
My hobbies include working in my yard, gardening with my husband, Special Olympics, and spending time with my sons and grandson.
ALEX KERR
I am Alex Kerr. I started out clerking at Bradford Pelton, P.C., went to law school, and was then hired as an associate attorney at Bradford Pelton, P.C. In January of 2021, I purchased Bradford Pelton, P.C. and am now the owner.
Over the years, I learned many things about personal injury, including how to take a claim from the very beginning all the way to trial if necessary to make sure anybody that hires me to help them is properly taken care of. Not only will I represent my clients against those that injured them or caused them to be injured, I will also help to represent them against their very own insurance companies if necessary.
My passion in law encompasses making sure an insurance company abides by the contract that they sell to you.
My hobbies include working out, staying fit, reading, building my constitutional law podcast, and spending time with my family.
BRADFORD PELTON
I am Bradford Pelton. I was born and raised right here in Colorado. I have lived in Colorado Springs since 1967. I have practiced personal injury, worker’s compensation, and premises liability law here in Colorado Springs since 1977.
I have since retired and am now “Of Counsel” to the law firm.
I like to hike, read, play music, ping pong and enjoy the company of my wife and children.
